  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    1. In the same condition you received it: unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
    2. In its original packaging.
    3. Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please Note:

    Since our items are handcrafted, slight imperfections or unique characteristics are part of the charm and beauty of each piece. We kindly ask that you refrain from returning your product solely because it doesn’t meet your expectations, or because of natural handmade variations or imperfections. Please keep these details in mind as you complete your purchase to help avoid unnecessary returns, and to support our small business and family.

  • Return Shipping:

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged due to shipping.

  • Defective or Damaged Items

    If your item is defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will assist in resolving the issue by offering a return, exchange, or refund, as appropriate. In some cases, we may not require the return of the damaged product.

    3. Clear photos of the defect or damage


    Once we review your case, we will guide you through the next steps, which may include providing a prepaid return label for defective items.

  • Non-Defective Returns (Regular Returns)

    For returns of non-defective items (e.g., you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item), we accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that since our products are handcrafted, slight imperfections are a natural part of the product, and we kindly ask that you do not return your item solely because it does not meet your expectations regarding these unique variations.

    To initiate a return for a non-defective item, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned item, we will review its condition to ensure it is undamaged, in the same condition as when it was received, and in its original packaging. After the review process, we will issue a refund or store credit, depending on your preference.

  • The following items are non-returnable:

  • Products due to Improper Care:

    We cannot accept returns for products damaged by improper care, including:

    • Cupping or warping from improper drying.
    • Cracking from exposure to extreme temperatures or dryness.
    • Discoloration or damage from harsh cleaning products or natural food colors (e.g., beets, blueberries).

  • Custom or Personalized Products

    Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless there is a defect or flaw upon delivery. These items are made specifically for you and cannot be resold. If your custom product is defective, please contact us immediately, within 48 hours, with photos of the issue.

  • Sale Items & Gift Cards:

    We cannot accept returns for discounted sale items or gift cards.

  • Care Instructions for Long-Lasting Products

    To keep your items in the best condition, please follow the care guidelines included with your purchase and available on our Care Maintenance Web Page:

    • Dry Evenly: Always dry boards upright on their edge to ensure even drying. Never leave flat or store wet.
    • Oil Regularly: Apply a food-safe oil (like mineral oil) monthly to prevent drying and cracking.
    • Clean Gently: Wash with warm, soapy water (or wipe down) and dry immediately with a clean towel. Never soak or put in the dishwasher.
    • Avoid Heat: Keep items away from heat sources and direct sunlight.
  • If you need to return or exchange your item, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us:

    Email us within 48 hours of receiving your order for defective or damaged items, or within 30 days for non-defective returns. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of any defects or damage.

  • Review Process:

    We’ll review your request and get back to you with the best resolution, which may include a return, replacement, full refund, or partial refund.

  • Return Shipping:

    For defective items, we will provide a prepaid return label.

    For non-defective items, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refund Processing:

    Once we’ve received and inspected the returned item, we will review it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.


  • Restocking Fees:

    We do not charge restocking fees unless a returned product violates our policies (e.g., product is returned damaged due to improper care).

  • Refunds

    Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

  • For items fulfilled by Printify, we accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for defective products or issues caused by Printify’s error (such as incorrect size, wrong print, or damaged goods).

  • Defective Items:

    Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the defect. In most cases, you won’t need to return the defective product.

  • Non-Defective Returns:

    We accept returns for any reason within 30 days of purchase. However, we kindly ask that you refrain from returning items simply because you’ve changed your mind, don’t like the color, or no longer want the product. Please be sure to review your purchase carefully to avoid unnecessary returns.
