Shipping Methods
We primarily use USPS for most shipments, as it offers reliable service and competitive pricing. Depending on the size and weight of your order, we may also use UPS or FedEx to ensure your package reaches you in the most efficient and cost-effective way.
For lightweight items, we may choose the most economical shipping method to keep costs down, which could include using smaller, padded envelopes or similar packaging.
Shipping Costs
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping for most items within the contiguous United States. The cost of shipping is included in the product price for most items shipped via ground shipping.
Additional Fees for Hawaii and Alaska: For orders shipping to Hawaii or Alaska, additional shipping charges may apply. These charges will be calculated at checkout, based on the size and weight of the order.
Expedited Shipping Fees: If you select an expedited shipping option (3-4 business days or 1-2 business days), additional charges will apply. The exact fee will be calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Incidents and Reliability
While we take great care in packaging and shipping your order, once it is in transit, we cannot control any shipping delays or issues caused by the carrier. If you experience delays or lost shipments, please reach out to the carrier directly for assistance. However, if your package is delayed or lost, please also notify us, and we will assist in initiating a claim with the carrier if necessary.
For any damaged shipments, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with clear photos of the damage, and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
